Experience
I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I value working with a diverse range of clients, as it enables me to continually deepen my understanding of each individual's needs.

In addition to my private practice, I work with a charity to provide counselling to students aged 12 to 16 at local schools. I also offer part-time therapy to adults through the charity Mind.
My Approach
I am dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for my clients. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation of meaningful change. That’s why I take a Person-Centered approach, using the core conditions of empathy, congruence, and unconditional positive regard to build trust and connection.

As our relationship develops, I may integrate additional therapeutic modalities tailored to your unique needs, ensuring our sessions are both personalised and effective. Therapy is not just about being heard; it’s about growth and change. Sometimes, you may need a space to simply be heard, and I will be there to listen with empathy and understanding. At other times, I will ask thoughtful questions and gently challenge unhelpful thought patterns or behaviours. My approach balances support with gentle encouragement, always adapting to what feels right for you.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, bereavement, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I’m here to support you at your own pace
Education
I have undertaken 4 years of training culminating in obtaining a Certificate and the BACP accredited Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Professional Diploma.
